Nikki is a multi award winning entrepreneur, starting her first business - a fashion e-commerce for bigger buster girls - at the age of 23 whilst still at university. Going on to appear on Dragons Den, securing £250,000 of private investment and employing sixteen machinists at her factory in Preston.

The success of the business was built on sales generated from Facebook Ads and social media - as one of the earliest adopters of the advertising model in 2010.

Exiting the business in 2015 to take extended maternity leave when she had her youngest son, she now owns Hesford Media, a specialist Facebook Ads agency which was founded in 2017 and is based in Blackpool.
